1. Where is Yankee Travel and Tours located?

Yankee Travel and Tours is based in Livingstone, Zambia at 7 Kafue Road. If you would like to visit us in person, please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

2. What services do you offer?

We offer travel services including tours, transfers, safaris, accommodation assistance, tour packages, activity bookings and travel support in Livingstone, Victoria Falls, Chobe and selected destinations in Southern Africa.

3. How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking by contacting us through our website, WhatsApp, phone or email. Please provide your travel dates, number of travellers, preferred service and any special requirements.

A booking is confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and the required payment has been received.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through our secure online payment portal. Please only make payment after receiving a quotation, invoice or booking confirmation from Yankee Travel and Tours.

You can make payment through our payment page or by using the official payment link provided by our team.

5. Can I receive a refund?

Refunds depend on the cancellation conditions of the specific service booked. Some activities, park fees, accommodation bookings, permits and third-party supplier services may be non-refundable once confirmed.

Cancellation requests should be made in writing as early as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date may be non-refundable.

6. What happens if I am late or miss my pickup?

Please be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location. Delays caused by the client may reduce tour time or result in missed services.

If you fail to arrive at the agreed pickup point or activity location at the confirmed time, this may be treated as a no-show. No-shows may be charged in full and refunds may not be available.

7. Do you provide airport and hotel transfers?

Yes. We provide airport transfers, hotel transfers and selected cross-border transfers. Please share your flight details, hotel name, pickup point, drop-off point and number of travellers when requesting a transfer.

8. Do you arrange Chobe day trips and cross-border tours?

Yes. We can assist with Chobe day trips and selected cross-border travel experiences. Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination documents and any other travel documents required for entry.

9. Are there age restrictions for tours and activities?

Age restrictions may vary depending on the activity, supplier, safety rules and destination. Any age limits will be explained during the booking process where applicable.

Please tell us the ages of children or young travellers before booking so that we can recommend suitable activities.

10. Can I book a customised tour?

Yes. We can help create customised tours based on your interests, travel dates, budget and preferred activities. Contact us with your ideas and we will recommend suitable options.

11. Do you offer group discounts?

Group discounts may be available for selected tours, transfers and activities. The discount depends on the group size, travel dates, service type and supplier conditions.

12. What is your response time for enquiries?

We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours. If your request requires more time, we will update you and provide further information as soon as possible.

13. Should I have travel insurance?

Yes. We strongly recommend that travellers have suitable travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, lost property and personal accidents.

14. What should I bring for tours and activities?

What you need may depend on the tour or activity. We generally recommend comfortable clothing, suitable shoes, sun protection, drinking water, travel documents and any personal medication.

15. Are your tours eco-friendly?
